I'd like to bring people together who love to craft so we can work on our own individual projects while in community -share tips, teach each other new crafts, inspire creativity and build friendships. This group is for anyone who likes to scrapbook, paint, collage, knit, embroider, stamp, make cards -- anything creative or crafty where your supplies/equipment are portable. Come join our group of artists who like to draw. Our models use a variety of poses and the poses vary in duration, from two-minute warmup drawings to 45-minute poses over a three-hour period. Both amateur and professional artists have participated throughout the years, including all skill levels, from beginner to accomplished. The group is not a drawing class, but a drawing experience made available on a weekly basis. Th …

This is a group of watercolor artists interested in expanding the medium beyond it's second class position in the art community. I'm starting this group to meet other like people who's medium of choice is watercolor. " There is a joy in the pursuit of anything. Life is finding yourself. It is the spirit of development." - Robert Henri - the Art Spirit
This is a drawing group for those who want to spend plenty of time on one pose, up to six hours. Some of us bring French easels and paint in tempera/oils/acrylics, some work in watercolors, others work towards a portrait drawing. We take an hour and a half lunch break at the community table at Back St. Bistro, join us for conversation. Eli Levin's history of hosting drawing groups goes back to 1969. Fair warning; this is not a drawing group that enforces silence.
