The challenge can be anything - maybe we'll go vegan for a month, or perhaps we'll raise $10,000 for a charity, or give up drinking/smoking/shopping for a month; sketch, paint, or write something everyday; cook our way through a favourite cookbook; try adventure sports; volunteer for a worthy cause... the possibilities are endless, really.
